We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Unhappy with one of the items? We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We ship Australia-wide! All our products ship via standard or express parcel post. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and should arrive within 3–7 business days after postage, depending on your location and parcel type.
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
PRODUCT INFO
The Shadow Scented Candle is 200 g and is made of 100% soy wax. It contains fragrance oils. Make sure to trim the wick before burning, never leave the candle lit and unattended, and burn the wax all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
