Arrived damaged or faulty? Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we can help arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
Changed your mind? We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Change-of-mind returns are subject to our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where an item is faulty or does not meet your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will meet our obligations under the law.

PRODUCT INFO
The Fruituta Colada Scented Candle is 210 g and is made of a soy wax blend. It contains fragrance oils. Make sure to trim the wick before burning, never leave the candle lit and unattended, and burn the wax all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

We ship Australia-wide! All our products can be shipped via standard or express post. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and should arrive within 1–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location and whether you selected standard or express shipping.
All boxes are carefully curated and packed to ensure they arrive safely and delight upon opening.
