At Hamper Co, we take great care in preparing and delivering your hampers, so they arrive beautifully presented and ready to delight.

All orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Please note that during busy periods or special promotions, dispatch times may vary depending on the volume of orders, availability of materials, and our packing capacity.  Complex orders such as custom hampers, especially those requested to contain your items, may take longer.

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or regional delivery schedules.

Shipping is calculated based on Australia Post standard rates.

Certain events and promotions may include free shipping. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Each hamper is carefully curated and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and looks just as special as intended. We take pride in attention to detail. Every box is designed to impress upon opening.

We make every effort to keep our products available and ready to ship. However, item availability and delivery times may be affected by:

• The number of current orders

• The materials and stock on hand

• The number of packers available at the time

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within Australia.
