Unfortunately, our hampers can take a couple of days to pack, especially for larger orders. Delivery time also depends on where you are, as Aus Post takes longer to deliver cross-country and to rural states. We'll do our best to get your hamper packed and delivered ASAP.
Currently, we can only ship within Australia. But as we grow, we may start worldwide shipping.
Yes! We have a custom hamper option here. You can choose between any of our partner items, from a Bayside Garden Centre succulent to a Specially Made reed diffuser.
If we run out of a certain item, we can replace it with a similar item of equal value (e.g, an Adorabubble Scented Candle for a Snuggles Candle). You can also reach out to us over the phone or by email for a specific substitution request.
We offer exchanges on items that you or your recipient is unhappy with. Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to swap it with something else of equal value - as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Yes! We offer premium direct-to-object printing using our state-of-the-art Mimaki printer. We can print your company logo seamlessly onto the hamper boxes, candle jars, and packaging for a highly professional finish.
Whether you want to feature specific Knight & Georgie chocolates, Specially Made candles, or other partner products, our team can curate a bespoke box that fits your budget and brand perfectly. Simply fill out our custom hamper form to get started.
Yes! As long as all addresses are in Australia, we can ship your hampers to multiple places and people at once. Once you've submitted a custom hamper form, we will get in touch, at which point we will discuss shipping destination, flavours and scents, and quotes.
We are a non-profit business run by The Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George. All profits go right back into the foundation to fund training, outings, facilities improvements, and work opportunities. And every hamper and product order directly provides work for supported employees with intellectual disability. By buying your EOFY gifts, Christmas Hampers, and Client Thank You gifts from us, you are supporting our community (and contributing to your CSR goals).
