Unfortunately, our hampers can take a couple of days to pack, especially for larger orders. Delivery time also depends on where you are, as Aus Post takes longer to deliver cross-country and to rural states. We'll do our best to get your hamper packed and delivered ASAP.
Currently, we can only ship within Australia. But as we grow, we may start worldwide shipping.
Yes! We have a custom hamper option here. You can choose between any of our partner items, from a Bayside Garden Centre succulent to a Specially Made reed diffuser.
If we run out of a certain item, we can replace it with a similar item of equal value (e.g, an Adorabubble Scented Candle for a Snuggles Candle). You can also reach out to us over the phone or by email for a specific substitution request.
We offer exchanges on items that you or your recipient is unhappy with. Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to swap it with something else of equal value - as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
